This Privacy Notice explains the type of personal data that Latron Solutions DOOEL Skopje (hereinafter: the Controller) collects from you when visiting its official/business premises and how the Controller uses this data.
Why do we collect (process) personal data?
The Controller collects personal data through the video surveillance system for the following purposes:
- To control access to the facility (building, entrance, rooms, etc.) and ensure the security of the premises, the safety of the Controller’s employees and visitors, as well as the protection of property and information located or stored on the premises;
- To prevent, deter, and, if necessary, investigate unauthorized physical access, including unauthorized access to secure and protected areas, IT infrastructure, or operational information; and
- To prevent, detect, and investigate theft of equipment or assets owned by the Controller, visitors, or employees, or threats to the safety of staff working on the premises (e.g., fire, physical assault).
The video surveillance system is not used for any other purpose, such as monitoring employee performance or attendance. Cameras are positioned to avoid recording surrounding public areas. The purpose of the cameras is to provide a general overview of activity in certain areas and not to identify individuals.
The video surveillance system is also not used as an investigative tool or to obtain evidence in internal investigations or disciplinary proceedings, unless it concerns a security incident that justifies the surveillance according to the Law on Personal Data Protection. (In exceptional circumstances, the data may be transferred to investigative authorities as part of a formal disciplinary or criminal investigation).
The surveillance cameras are installed on the premises of Latron Solutions DOOEL Skopje and are positioned and focused to record only individuals accessing the official/business premises (including property such as parking areas).

What data does the Controller collect?
The Controller collects only images captured by the cameras, without any audio recording.
Who is responsible for data processing?
The Controller is the entity responsible for processing the personal data and determines the purposes of processing exclusively in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. Additionally, Zoran Pupkov is the contact person responsible for video surveillance.
What is the legal basis for processing personal data through video surveillance?
The Controller uses video surveillance equipment for one or more of the following purposes:
- Protection of human life or health;
- Protection of property;
- Protection of the life and health of employees due to the nature of the work; or
- Control over the entry and exit from official or business premises.
Therefore, the processing is lawful according to Article 90 of the Law on Personal Data Protection.
Additionally, there is a clearly visible notice at the entrance of Latron Solutions DOOEL Skopje informing data subjects about the video surveillance, including the name of the Controller and how to obtain information about where and for how long the footage is stored.
Who can access my personal data?
Video recordings can only be accessed by authorized personnel for video surveillance (e.g., members of the Controller’s security staff or an engaged Private Security Agency). Access to the digital device or drive where recordings are stored is restricted and protected by technical data security measures (password protection, activity logs for employees or authorized personnel). Data or recordings cannot be accessed without authorization from Latron Solutions DOOEL Skopje.
How can you control your data?
You may send a request to Latron Solutions DOOEL Skopje (e.g., via email to office@latrondigital.mk or by mail to Boris Trajkovski St. No. 36/1-3, Skopje).
Can I access my data?
You have the right to access your data at any time and free of charge by sending a request to Latron Solutions DOOEL Skopje or by email to: office@latrondigital.mk.
Can I change my data?
It is not permitted to alter video recordings from the surveillance system.
Can I request restriction of processing?
You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data at any time by sending a request to Latron Solutions DOOEL Skopje (e.g., via email to office@latrondigital.mk or by mail to Boris Trajkovski St. No. 36/1-3, Skopje), if you contest the accuracy of your data, or if the Controller no longer needs the data for its tasks. You may also request restriction if the processing is unlawful and you object to deletion. However, blocking is not possible in every case, particularly in official investigations.
Can I request the deletion of my data?
You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time by sending a request to Latron Solutions DOOEL Skopje (e.g., via email to office@latrondigital.mk or by mail to Boris Trajkovski St. No. 36/1-3, Skopje), if the processing is unlawful.
Is my personal data shared with third parties?
Your data is stored within the Controller, unless you request or give consent for it to be shared. If your data is shared with third parties, you will be informed about who the data is disclosed to, for what purpose, and based on what legal grounds.
Do I have the right to object?
Yes, you have the right to object to the processing at any time by sending a request to Latron Solutions DOOEL Skopje (e.g., via email to office@latrondigital.mk or by mail to Boris Trajkovski St. No. 36/1-3, Skopje), if you have legitimate grounds relating to your particular situation. The Controller will respond to your request within 15 days from the date of submission.
What can I do in case of a problem?
- a) The first step is to notify the Controller by sending an email to office@latrondigital.mk and request that action be taken.
- b) The second step, if you do not receive a response or are not satisfied, is to contact our Data Protection Officer at trajkovic@aitonix.mk.
- c) At any time, you may submit a request to the Agency for Personal Data Protection at https://azlp.mk/, which will act on your request and take the necessary measures.
When does the processing of my personal data begin?
The processing begins when you visit the Controller’s premises.
Personal Data Security
The Controller is committed to protecting your personal data. It uses security technologies and procedures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your data is stored on computer systems with limited access in a controlled environment.
How long do we keep your data?
The Controller will retain your personal data for up to 30 calendar days after your visit to our premises, after which all recorded video footage is automatically deleted.
